5 years' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony

A resident of Kansk (Krasnoyarsk Krai), Uvarov was a minor at the time of the prosecutionbegan. He was detained in June 2020 shortly after he, together with Denis Mikhailenko, put up leaflets in the city in support of Azat Miftakhov and those convicted in the "Network" case. On 10 June, Uvarov was taken into custody on charges of undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activity. In November, a case of participation in the activities of a terrorist community was opened. One of the pieces of evidence cited by the investigators was a conversation about blowing up an FSB building - inside the computer game Minecraft. However, this was not included in the final indictment. In March 2021, the charge of participation in the activities of a terrorist community was dropped. On 4 May Uvarov was released. On 10 February 2022, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony. In October 2023, Uvarov was transferred from an educational colony to a general regime colony until his 19th birthday.
