A resident of Baimak (Bashkortostan), father of many children. On January 18б 2024, was detained at his home in connection with a public gathering held in the town the day before in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in a general regime colony. On January 20, Karachurin was taken into custody on charges of organising and participating in mass riots and using violence against a representative of the state. On February 7, 2025, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
