A resident of the Saratov region, geologist. He performed geotechnical studies of wellbores during drilling operations with organisations in Krasnoyarsk and Samara. He was charged with calls to extremism and public justification of terrorism, by his account, for the statements about the war. Presumably, in December 2023, Ryazanov was placed under house arrest. On 24 September 2024, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime penal colony.
