Resident of Bashkortostan. Allegedly, he was wanted on charges of participation in mass riots in connection with the national gathering in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. On 24 April 2024, Ilyasov was detained in Ufa and severely beaten, which caused him to fall into a coma. He was sent to hospital where he was connected to an artificial lung ventilation apparatus. On 26 April Ilyasov regained consciousness. On that day he was going to be discharged, and he planned to go to the police station in Baymak, where he was summoned before his detention. On 28 April Ilyasov was taken into custody. Later it became known that he was also accused of using violence against a representative of the authorities. On 19 March 2025, Ilyasov was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in a general regime penal colony.
